BEER BURGERS







2# Hamburger, Salt & Pepper; mix and form patties. Fry until browned and drain the grease off.

Sauce: 1 1/2 C. Ketchup, 1 Can Beer (you pick!), 4 Tbls Sugar, 4 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce, 2 T White Vinegar - Mix and pour over browned Hamburgers. Bring to a boil and turn the heat down to simmer until sauce is desired thickness. Turn the burgers several times and stir occasionally. The sauce makes a great gravy for the potatoes as well!
